The “Bounty” was in ‘town’ today!

Kerry and I visited the “Bounty” today, which was in ‘town’ on its tour up the East coast.  The Bounty is a replica of the original HMS Bounty of the “Mutiny on the Bounty” fame.  This replica was made for the Marlon Brando movie of the same and has recently been used in some of the “Pirates of the Caribbean” movies.  You can find details on this ship on Wikipedia…

Finally have a SAFE back stoop at the Little House in the Village!

When we bought the Little House in the Village, there had been the vestiges of a shed/back porch, but, by the time we bought it, it had ‘this’ at the back entrance…

While ‘this’ was usable, it was clearly unsafe and unstable and desperately needed replacement.  So, now that we have some time to work on LHV, I was able to replace ‘this’ with something far more robust…

We have appliances for the Little House in the Village!

YAY!  We finally got our Kitchen appliances for the Little House in the Village today!  Yippee!

Finally a REAL Refrigerator with Ice Maker!

A fantastic Microwave so that we can have popcorn on our ‘cold’ nights!

Kerry is happy to be able to be able to make ‘perfect eggies’ without any hassle or quesswork.

I’m happy that we have a Dishwasher!
